Nancy, Greg, and all the people at State Farm are the absolute best! They have covered all our insurance needs. These are local people you can trust. They are involved in local projects and support the community. Very professional, but relational and down to earth. Not one complaint. Have been with them for over five years now. Great people!

I have been with State Farm for many years and this past year I switched to this office since relocating further North. I have been very disappointed with my services here which is unfortunate. When it came time to renew my policy the gentleman who helped me over the phone was incredibly condescending and used fear tactics to try increase my coverage which I have never had to experience before. That put a really sour taste in my mouth. Then recently after being out of town for several weeks, I returned to a notice saying my policy had expired. Why no one called me that week or even month is beyond me and seems like really poor practice. When I called to pay, they wanted an additional $100 since I’d lost my long-standing policy. They were not at all apologetic, understanding, nor helpful. If you are considering switching to this specific office - stick with what you already have!

I would recommend Nancy as an above-average agent. I'm in different industry so now and then needs professional explanation on insurance terms. And I may not have the common sense sometimes. Once I get the attention from Nancy, she provided me the most professional knowledge in insurance policies and common practices. As a customer I need to pass the key point of my concern effectively to get the most meaningful help.
