Place was extremely clean on the surfaces, however the inside of every washer I opened smelled if mildew. So as a result my clothes have a musty odor. The bathroom (unisex) floor was covered in urine. So I had to take my toddler somewhere else to go to the bathroom and we are trying to pitry train so it was a huge inconvenience. Lastly that is they have 6 mega capacity washers, 3 are out if order. Of the 20 something double loaders 1/4 of them are out of order. There is no reason for it.n*** no attendant or employee when we were there
I've had good experiences here. It's clean, its pretty spacious but during peak hours a tad crowded,understandably so. And there is normally a worker present at all times
It's kept very cleaned by a hard working sweet lady. Sorry I don't know her name.
Roy's is a great place to do your laundry they have good washers and dryers it is a clean environment and an honest man works there I was unfortunate enough to leave my phone behind and left was going about 20 minutes and came back and he had put my phone up for me and returned it to me when I walk in the door.! :-) thank you to the man that owns that place
They were very friendly and it is always clean. I had an issue with their money machine and it was replaced the next day with no issues. They are the best. I will always use them.
