Been going to this place for 6 years. I dropped off 9 pairs of pants like I always do, when I returned two days later they could not find my jeans, told me I only dropped of 6 bit some how still gave me 7 back. Two pairs of my rock rival jeans are missing. Was told by the girl at the counter this happens all the time. When management contacted me I was told it wasn’t her problem nor were they replacing my jeans. Theft is theft no matter what or how you take things. I will be pulling all my accounts from this store. I’m out $400 for jeans that I worked for but as the manager stated bot her problem and she doesn’t have time for this. Customers beware. They are only stealing expensive clothing. Shame on you for being dishonest and disrespectful
Extremely courteous and professional. Great cleaners and alterations. When I walk in, Ashley greets me by name and makes me feel like I am a customer who is appreciated. I also love how they give back to the community in so many ways!
