We had Cole do several repairs both inside and outside to prepare for putting our house on the market. Cole finished the tasks in record time and with very high quality. He has a great attitude and enjoys his work. He is also very receptive to taking on smaller tasks along the way and even fixed some things that we didn't ask for. I'd highly recommend Cole for your handyman or construction needs.
I had a little laundry list of tasks and used the handy online scheduling to book the minimum two-hour window. Cole not only completed all the tasks within the window, but he even managed to run to Home Depot to get us a new door knob! He did great work, and I fully plan on hiring him again as things break down around the house!
The work performed on my home 2 years ago has deteriorated beyond repair. After contacting the owner multiple times, asking for these issues to be alleviated, I was met with hostility and unprofessionalism. Please take my experience as a warning and go elsewhere for your repair needs.
Cole is amazing! He responded immediately with a very detailed and reasonable quote after reviewing photos of a flood repair with drywall, painting and molding replacement. Cole offered to get the molding when we realized we had no extra to replace. He had extremely easy online pay option and email and text appointment reminders. The room looks better than it did than before the flood. Thanks Cole! We are already planning another project...
We contacted Cole about replacing some concrete stairs in the front of our house. We agreed on a contract and I gave him a deposit but he never showed up on the day we had scheduled at the beginning of September.nnI haven't been able to contact him through email or phone so I guess I am just going to lose my deposit. Hopefully he is still okay.
