My current technician Azure is amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, helpful with suggestions and enjoyable to work with. Overall, United Pest has also been very responsive to needs when they arise outside of the regularly scheduled visits and I really appreciate that.
I've been using United Pest Solutions for almost ten years. The company has always conducted themselves professionally and listened to my concerns. Very reliable and thorough.nnA few years back in between quarterly treatments, I noticed a sound in an upper room wall and could see some sort of flying insects entering and exiting outside. I called United and they sent someone out immediately. He treated the location which turned out to be a young wasp nest and plugged up the hole outside. Never had a problem after that visit. Very responsive and empathetic in this case as they had personally experienced something similar.nnAnother time I had concerns about rats in my vegetable beds. I didn't need extra treatment in this case. Instead we had a very extensive conversation over email that helped me address my concerns myself which was what I wanted.nnOther pest companies have cold called me to switch. Not happening. You don't get this level of personal interaction many places these days especially not partnered with a matching level of professionalism. Thank you United Pest Solutions!
We have used United Pest Solutions quarterly for general pest control for about 10 years. They are reliable and thorough and their employees are always courteous. We also have had ant infestations for which they came out and provided effective treatment at no extra charge. We’re very happy with this service.
They were quick, affordable and very conscious of there being a 6 month in the home. Corey did an excellent job and was very accommodating. Thank you and I would definitely hire again, hopefully I dont have too.
. The service is less expensive than other local pest companies, with excellent customer service. Reps are clean, friendly, respectful, helpful and go out of their way! We have locks on our gates and they always lock up for me and that is so appreciated!
