Honestly pulling up to this car wash i was skeptical. But don't judge a book by its cover. It did a really good job, on my vehicle.
Paid for the $10 wash and did not work. Sprayed soap on the hood of my car then quit. I had to go across the street to pay to wash it myself. I’ve chased this company all week, calling their 800 # and repeatedly leaving messages, all to no avail. Their manager at the Bowie location did cal to offer “tokens” for a replacement wash, but I do not want to patronize this business at ALL and want a full refund. Entirely unprofessional & unethical business practices. I paid for a service I did NOT receive. Full refund ASAP and I’ll be reporting them to the BBB, Chamber of Commerce, and I’ll shout from the rooftops how crooked they are.
handy location, didn't clean very well especially on the top of the vehicle.
Yea, soap and everything. The 10 $ wash worked fine. Keep it up.
Robbed my money and didnt even turn on. Horrible.
