I got there at 4:55 to pay the water bill and they were already closed. This is unacceptable as they know that they are all due on the 10th and they know people get off work and have to go straight there. ud83dude21ud83dude21

I would leave less than 1 star for the city of Madisonville if I could. The city office is full of people that are rude and don't care to be there to do their jobs. There was a pot hole that was created by the heavy rains around the last of March 2018 that was not repaired or even coned off by the city. I saw several people with flat tires and bent rims (along with my wife). I lost a half day of work and had to buy a new rim and tire for my wife's car. I contacted the city office and they told me that there was nothing they could do. This has always been the way of the city office as far back as i can remember. It seems any time you walk in the office for any reason you are treated like an inconvenience. I guess it will never change either.
