ROAD RUNNER LAUNDROMAT AND RV PARK

My family and I rented a 3 bedroom trailer for just over a year until we welcomed twins and outgrew the home. It’s a very peaceful place to live. Very clean and well monitored. Anytime we needed anything Karen took care of it in a timely manner! Even since we moved there has been some mail mix ups and she still calls and makes sure we’re good and we get our things. Very affordable. 10/10 would recommend for you and your family!

I rented a 3 bed 2 bath mobile home for 1.5 years, until I bought my home.nGreat place to live. Quiet & clean. Karen & Larry were quick to answer any questions I had or help with any problems. They go above & beyond for their tenants.

There needs to be an employee on duty during peak hours. Drinks need to be placed in vending machine where they dont get stuck. Had trouble with a dryer and no one there to assist me and lost money in machine. Its always clean but people need to deposit thier trash in proper places.

It was good at first *sigh*. Fully furnished is a hit and miss. I was promised wifi, and a fully furnished apartment. The wifi worked for half of the time I was there and it still went in and out of service the whole time. The land lady said she got it fixed but I didnt have wifi to my specific location available the last two months after their upgrade. ( I was on a six month contract ) I left for a fully furnished place in cuero and had a dresser, shower curtains, wifi that didnt cut out with higher speeds, bed, protective cover, pillows, plates, utensils, bowls, glasses, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer and dryer in my own apt for only 150 bucks more. Roadrunner only had a bed, no dressers, no decore, no shower curtains, no basic kitchen needs like plates and bowls, utensils, and you have to use their laundromat. In cuero I even had a 3 stovetop oven but get ready for a single plate stovetop that causes mold to grow in your upper cabinets because they have no ventilation system, the answer when I mentioned it? Clean it up. Want to have 2 friends over and a have some beers? Forget about it. We had no music playing and from across the same trailer park I could hear people blasting music. However she threatened to call the cops because I was over capacity and it was a fire issue and not in my contract. Meaning my friend was forced to leave even though he had consumed alcohol. With no other choice with me being kicked out he left like any good friend would do, but she forced a buzzed man on the road which could have elevated to something much worse. Unless you want to live under someone who puts rules first and foremost in regards to life, than this is the place for you. I was going to move out one day after rent was due, and they said if you dont move out today then we will put an eviction notice on your record. I had to leave in a hurry which resulted in me losing my deposit. They will not work with you here. It's thier word or nothing.
