I have been to a few different tdjc check points to get in to see my brother at different locations that he has been located at and this one here is by far the friendliest to the families that are visiting their loved ones.All facilities I have been to have not been friendly AT ALL treating us as if we are the incarcerated ones.Connally unit DOES NOT make the inmate families feel un welcomed.The employees at the gates,the check in point and inside treat us with a warm respectful greeting.The state of texas should reward them in some type of manner.The way we are treated as the families waiting to see our dads,brothers,sons,ect is greatly appreciated.Thank You to all there.❤

A comfy place for family's waiting for visit . Some units make you wait outside . Thankful for this building and restrooms
