Im writing this review again because my other one was deleted and I was blocked, so I’m on here from a different account. The clerk lied to me about what was showing on the Texas Failure to Appear website, only to give herself enough time to update the amount I owed on the website. I don’t mind paying what I owe, but don’t lie to me and say that you’re seeing something different just so you can be right. Just tell me “hey you know what it does say $50 but it’s actually $325, it just hasn’t updated, let me fix that for you”, but instead I was told that it showed $325 the whole time. Lies. I have screen shots of the website that shows before and after she changed it. This is very unprofessional and unbecoming of someone who works for the city.
Prosecutors friendly and so is the judge. I got in got out and it was real quick.
