The rep on the phone was very unpleasant. I tried to confirm an appointment because I received a text confirmation with an evening time which obviously was not the case but I wanted to confirm, he cut me off didn’t let me speak and was very unprofessional and rather ignorant. So I put my husband on the phone so he could clarify appointment and details and he did the same to my husband. We have insurance and the means to pay for the job out of pocket if need be but their customer service rep ruined any desire to do business with them.nnYou need to train your reps better and maybe refresh them with a rigorous course of common courtesy, politeness and the essentials of customer service.nn- very disappointing

Objectively poor experience. I cannot recall specific names. But the experience was as follows: I carelessly placed an extremely hot glass Pyrex dish close to the sink where standing water caused it to explode, expelling glass all over the kitchen and left a good portion in both sides of the sink. A good sum fell into the disposal, jamming it. I called the provider referenced above. $70 dollar service charge to examine the issue. As reported to me by my wife, their representative plumber spent a short time, approximately 5mins, analyzing the situation. His conclusion was that a $430 new disposal, along with new piping, was the adequate fix. To be clear, I’m not saying the plumber was bad or that the service itself was bad either. I am however stating that this issue was fixed by a friend within an hour for no cost. No new disposal was needed. Nor was a new set of pipes. We were charged $70 for the visit which was utterly unhelpful. What’s more is the assumption this issue could have been similarly addressed by the provider without irrelevant costs. The disposal was detached, glass emptied from the disposal and associated pipes, and reassembled. The plumber didn’t want to do that because of liability regarding a broken seal.
