I have called this gym 5 times in the past 2 years and not once got a return call. Left messages 3 times. Ridiculous.
Great gym. It has a local feel, even though it is franchised, and a loyal group that makes you feel like you are in a club. They have an awesome manager, Stacy, and it is extremely clean. They have new owners coming in around April1, and they are investing in new equipment, design, and updating. A great place to get in shape.
I would be extremely careful of signing a contract with this gym. I would read and re-read the contract very closely. The 'challenge' I signed up for provided so much less than what was promised. Spoke with someone yesterday (06/19/2019) and for the first time feel as if she truly wanted to help. Per the gym records, my contract was cancelled in August, 2018. The company collecting payments for the gym has been charging me and has found extremely unethical but legal ways to keep taking your money. I would not come to depend upon schedules this gym provides and again as stated above, please know exactly what is required to cancel your contract because it is not simple. If there is new management since last year, I hope it is better.nMy experience with this gym unfortunately was much less than one star.
I absolutely love Anytime Fitness! Staci is always going above and beyond to make sure the gym and members are well taken care of.
My home away from home usually. Haven't been able to go lately because of my mom being in the hospital and I feel homesick.nLove the staff and the gym. Definitely recommend!!! ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f
