The lady that answers phone is very pleasant & willing to assist. The repairman was also very nice & courteous. I will continue to use L&R for my plumbing needs. One other thing, during the major TX no power & water shortage in February 2021 this lady was courteous each time I called to see if they were going to be able to get to me that day...never rude. The guys came & worked in a very muddy mess but were very courteous & never said anything about working in it. I appreciate this company.

First class service. L & R Plumbing kept me updated about his arrival by text, he provided excellent advice, and he was transparent around pricing. It cost what he said it would. He also recommended that I record some of his video inspection on my smartphone to document it for future use, which I thought was smart. He cleaned everything up when he was done, and he even went above and beyond what I'd ask to help troubleshoot some small plumbing-related issues elsewhere in the house. I highly recommend his services.
