I wish I could give this pharmacy a 0. This is the WORST PHARMACY. One tech will tell you they will get your rx ready and you can pick it up by the end of the evening, and then when you arrive to pick up, they will say come back tomorrow... you return tomorrow and it’s the same thing. I work in Medical, I understand how insurances and prescription benefits work. The pharmacist will literally wait until you’re OUT of medication to fill your prescriptions. It doesn’t matter if you’re going out of town, and ask for your prescriptions ONE DAY early, because heaven forbid you pick it up before your 30 days is up. & The lines are always long, no one ever greets you with a smile on their face. If you can, avoid this pharmacy and pharmacist at all cost. Terrible customer service.

I have an external ear infection in both ears. I am in A LOT of pain - I’ve cried a lot. I take my prescription for my ear drops and pain meds to the window and they said it would be ready at 3pm. No big deal. I get back at 3 and they tell me that they are out of the ear drops. Okay? So why didn’t they call me saying they were out instead of letting me assume it was ready. They tell me I can go to the nearest Walgreens and have it filled there. I’m sorry - I’m not driving to rockwall to wait an hour and a half for a prescription when there are other pharmacies here. So I ask if I can transfer the prescription to somewhere else and they said yes, that pharmacy just has to call and confirm. I went to the neighborhood Walmart to fill it. I wait in the parking lot for 2 HOURS. I go back to the window and they tell me that they JUST got the prescription from Walgreens and it took them 3 calls before they could get it. So now I’m having to wait another 30 minutes before it’s ready. Need I remind you that my ears have been in immense pain and throbbing. I really wish I had read the reviews before going to the Walgreen’s pharmacy. I for sure won’t be back.
