We are brand new to CVS. While getting first prescription, Krystal got our acct set up and then helped me save a great deal of money on my prescription. She was very patient and helpful. My prescription was ready in 10 minutes even though they were clearly very busy. Thanks again Krystal.

I've been with this pharmacy for years and they always contact me when my prescription is ready if I haven't already picked it up. The staff here is very polite and helpful.

I've been here for prescriptions about 4 times. Today was the second time they told me that my prescription was too early to fill, (and I knew that it wasn't). The lady first told me that it was going to take 2 hours to fill, (which was ridiculous). Then she said I was one day early, so I talked to the pharmacist. He said that I was actually 4 days early and that he couldn't fill it today but could fill it in 2 days (which didn't make sense). So I took my prescription to Walgreens, and I told them that it might be too early to fill. They ran it through and said that there was no problem with it, and they filled it in 30 minutes! I have had it with this CVS, and I won't be going back! This place is a joke!

CVS in Greenville couldn't get it right if they tried. Picked up my prescription and they charged (tried) to charge me full price even though I had handed them my insurance card with my deductibles pain and out of pocket paid.

Great staff. Always way too busy. Wait is way too long inside and drivethrough.
