The pharmacy was very unprofessional in the way they treated my wife. After waiting in a long line, and being told her perception was ready, they tried to send her back to the back of the line because they simply needed to enter in insurance info (it takes less than 5 minutes to do). When she protested, they said it would be easier to have her come in with four kids by herself. Won't be going there again.

Terrible customer service when asking questions over the phone. Lost my service today because of how rude the women was that took my phone call.

By far best pharmacy in town! Walgreens is the worst I had to go there for awhile because of my insurance and Brookshires was not set up for some reason with Blue Cross. I did call their corporate office and they said it was a problem in their system so they corrected it and so happy they did.
