They helped me in a time of need. I had to go to a funeral they cleaned 2 suits for me in less than 24 hours. Great people and even better service

Great service! I haven’t had a problem they weren’t able to correct easily. All staff are polite. I have been using there services for 2 years now and will continue to use them.

We've always used this place and never had any problems. Until we got a shirt back that had a broken button and something on the collar which looked like where the button had melted. Regardless, this was not how we gave them the shirt. Long story short, I took them the shirt and explained what we wanted done, they agreed, and didn't charge us for the shirt. I went back probably four or five times over a six week period and nothing had been done. They kept telling me the owner was going to call me and never did and that the owner didn't know what he wanted to do with the shirt. I finally told them to forget about whatever was on the collar and to fix the button and clean the shirt. We will not be using them anymore. Yes, this was the only incident with them, but it's how they handled it. It was very unprofessional and they do not know what customer service is.
