Kirkland Municipal Court‎

Tried and tried for a zoom court date because I'm out of state and have been for years. I was going to fly to my last court date but then they closed the courts because of a massive snow storm. Now we have covid and I won't get on a plane. Oh Kirkland you should have setup my zoom court date. I have wrote both Judges in the past 8 years. All over a petty bench warrant. You could easily drop it and move on and I would have paid you the $2800.00 dollars I owe you. I've attempted my court appearances but by the grace of mother nature and crazy times but I'm sure you haven't even looked into that. Why you can't make this easier for someone that lives 2000 miles away. It truly is a hard time to get any of this done. I'm not saying I'm right but you sure could work with someone that has grown up and matured. Thanks.

This is the worst place to go if it’s for tickets or other offenses. Don’t even try and argue anything it’s a waist of time, they always make you pay. Anything for a dollar. Everyone is rude. The only good thing I can say is that Judge LAMBO is GONE!!!! ud83eudd73 he was the WORST. No people skills at all. He had to go. Thank god! ud83dude4fud83cudffd

Claimed I didn't pay a fine from 17 years ago turned it to a collection agency. Collection agency won't answer the phone. Had to pay an attorney to address a small case from 17 years ago. Hmm thanks for hurting my credit 17 years later.

The staff here are polite, helpful and friendly. Judge John Olson in particular is very amiable and easy-going. He made everyone feel comfortable and less nervous in the courtroom.

So this place needs to swap the security guard and the clerk at the front. The Indian gentleman was super friendly and helpful when he asked my reason for coming in. The clerk was a White girl who talks like she's allergic to manners-- it was pretty off-putting to put it mildly, but hey, I get that you hate your life because you hate your job so I'm not gonna take it personally.nnHowever, when I was leaving, the security guard made me laugh; talking about how bad Seattle drivers are. Then he sent me off with well-wishes. This place needs to double his raise cuz he's doing more than just checking bags.
