Worst customer service imaginable! Went in excited for my new device and left so mad I was shaking. Not only was the lady not willing to resolve my issue but upon my leaving the location she proceeded to make gestures and throw what looked like a tantrum towards me from inside the building. I will be looking for a new phone service!
I came in on a Saturday at about 3 PM the door was locked and sat in the parking lot for an hour.. then gave up... Why not be open during hours posted???
Malik was very helpful, friendly and upbeat. After a long day at work it was great to have someone like her help me.
FALSE ADVERTISING!!!I went into this MetroPCS two times today and both times the lady sed she only had one phone and I need two of them. But yet in the window it set they were giving away two phones but they don't even have them. So I pretty sure that is false advertising. I believe that they should be shut down for that. The lady told me to come in tomorrow but like what makes her think I'm going to try and come in again when the first to times they didn't have any phone. I think someone should report this MetroPCS. I'm a paying costumer. I was so disappointed. My day was so shot down.
