Hayden was so patient and kind, he went above and beyond trying to help me set up my phone on a prepaid account, which my phone wasn’t compatible with, then helped me open a Verizon acct. He was very professional and although he was the only one in the store, which was quite busy, he took his time and I left very satisfied,

I’m 73 years old and needed a new phone. I was very attached to my 6plus. Had a lot of questions. Actually wanted the 8plus. He explained it wasn’t available, couldn’t be ordered. I left unhappy, but because he was patient and said I really ought to move forward with the technology I came back the next day. I bought the 11, Cameron set it up and showed me how to use it. Many of your employees are very young and frankly not very nice even sarcastic. I left today with a new phone and would definitely come back again. Thanks
Stopped by at 4:00 to look at new phones. Closed with a hand written sign on door, "gone to lunch, be back shortly". How was I to know how long shortly would be? Like that gave me any idea how long I would have waited? Nope, so I left.
