Was in your store earlier this week (4/28/2020) and was dismayed and disappointed by the number of customers who were NOT wearing masks, putting your employees AND customers at risk. Please implement and enforce a mask policy for customers ASAP.

Very professional, caring and considerate. It can be a busy place so would recommend taking into account time of day to pick up non emergent prescriptions

We moved all of our prescription business to this pharmacy a couple of years ago because of the how nice the people were at that time. Since then, the customer service is some of the worst I've ever encountered.nMy wife is consistently receiving the wrong medication which in itself is inexcusable.nnThere is a woman named Sandra that works behind the counter that has absolutely no business dealing with customers. She is rude, crass and disrespectful every time we deal with her. It's getting to the point that I cringe every time I see her behind the counter, because I know it's going to be an ordeal.nnWe love our HEB, and don't want to go have to go elsewhere for another pharmacy, but it's getting hard dealing with the terrible customer service here.
