first I was scheduled for today 03/20/2021 at 11:00 am. Well they sent me a text yester trying to come friday 03/19/2021. Well i will be more than happy but I couldn't because of work, then they texted me today saying EDGAR we will need to move the time for our tech arriving today between 2:00 and 4:00pm please confirm that you are available at that time? RANDY. Really just like that without an explanation, after i response NO I CAN NOT. He texted me back we have to get a busted solution house replaced this morning on the van. we can move it to next week if you want. Of Course NOT that is why I scheduled for this weeked with a two weeks in advance. HE couldn't even call me to explain i had to call me then he said to me on the phone well also it could be closer 4pm because this and that. i know things happens but come on really before you are trying to come friday then you come with this. I also told him is that the only van that you have? he said well i have more but they are in San Antonio, well can you go and get one of your vans. IT IS VERY SURPRISED THAT THEY HAVE 62 FIVE STAR REVIEWS. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Super fast service and excellent work! Fantastic customer service too. I called five companies looking for a short notice cleaning of one room with emergency pet stains. They went the extra mile to fit me in. Very personable and professional. I love that… Five Stars for sure on our carpets, wool rugs, tile and grout, upholstery, and hardwood floors.

Great team! Easy to coordinate grout cleaning via email. They are fairly priced and get the job done! The two guys who came out to my property were very kind and flexible providing a great first experience. I will continue to use Green Steam!

Green Steam Carpet Cleaning has been steam cleaning our carpet, tile and grout, and mattresses for 12 years. They do an incredible job. On-time, courteous, and professional. We highly recommend them. Based in Dripping Springs too!
