1.5 years ago, I took my simple wedding dress to get altered here and it was ready within a week. I was very pleased and plan to bring another dress there soon.

Took pants in that needed by Saturday for a wedding. Told would be ready saturday afternoon. Ticket says Saturday pick up at 3:30. Arrived at store at 4:20 and they are closed. Website, sign on door, everything says Saturday hours are until 5:30. Absolutely no indentation as to why they are closed during business hours. Additionally they never called to let me know they closed early, no call the let me know the pants were ready (jack brown does this), no answer when I called when they weren’t in the store during business hours. Very poor way to run a business. Won’t use them again.
