Affordable Quality Water

I’ve had my system for over two years now and really have been enjoying it. I’ve worked out of town and have stayed in man camps where the water was so hard I used lotion by the case loads.. When it was time for me to go home all I thought about was being able to take a bath in my house. It was like my body starved for my soft water system. The system really help with my kids skin also so I wanna say thank you I am a proud owner of one of JD systems..

JD is very knowledgeable & personable. He made us feel very comfortable and educated us. He gave us the best system and it feels like we put lotion on every time we get out of the shower. We are super happy and thankful for the system they gave us! His whole team is amazing and we would recommended them to anyone! 10/10

I wasn’t a believer until JD came out and showed us his presentation and educated us on the water treatment system they sale. It is definitely worth the money. Installers were very professional and knowledgeable as well. Great job guys. Thank you.

My wife and I were looking to have a water system installed. I got in touch with Affordable Quality Water through their website and was contacted by them the next day. JD came out within the next day or two and we were very pleased with what they had to offer so we decided to go with them the same day they came out.nnBrandon came out the next day to install the system. The morning after the system was installed, I noticed a small leak under the sink. I contacted Brandon about the problem and he immediately got the problem fixed the same day.nnThe day after that, JD sent the completion paperwork to finalize everything. Two days later, JD dropped off the fragrance samples so we could pick out the ones we wanted and were told it would be about 3-4 weeks for the supplies to come in.nnUp to this point, we were very happy with our choice to go with them. It was approximately two weeks later that I noticed the main water line to the house was crooked. I told Brandon that it wasn’t urgent but I wanted him to come adjust it. After a week went by and I hadn’t heard from them, I contacted Brandon again and was told there had been some personal things come up, which I understand.nn6 more weeks go by and I have yet to receive our supplies and I have to contact them again about getting the water line adjusted. Brandon finally made it out to adjust the water line.nnDuring the 6 weeks of waiting, I had tried contacting JD several times by phone and a few times by text and never received a response. I finally got a text message response from JD at the end of November that he had them in his car and would be by to drop them off.nnNow we are at the end of December and have still not received our supplies.nnThey sell you on how much they treat their costumers like family but that has not been the case with our experience ever since we signed the completion paperwork.

Be very careful in trusting JD, once the transaction is done so is he. Really came off as a nice guy initially, whatever he promises you, make sure it is on paper.
