My mother has been at the Pointe almost a year and a half. Very caring staff. Care plan meetings are informative. My mother has become accustomed to life at the Pointe and appreciates the relationships she has formed at the Pointe. I could not have picked a better place for her. Ideally you want a place near your home and if possible work. I am fortunate that way and can always drop in.

My father was there for 5 months and the level of care was fine. He passed away 4 months ago and his estate is due a refund for unused days at the Pointe. I have repeatedly talked to their business agent and to the administrator at the facility and have not received his refund. I am the estate's executor. In the contract we and the Pointe both signed at his admission to the Pointe, they stated in writing that refunds would be made in 30 days.

Oh MY.... Something is going on at this location. Not sure what, but good employees are being let go. Kind of worried we need to make a change. Plus, not sure how the hiring process is handled. Sure was hoping one of the receptionists that was laid off was recalled as she was amazing and did a wonderful job... but that didn't happen. More to come...nnOur Mom lives at this facility, and she had a health incident on the 14th. I wanted to pass on what a wonderful job the employees/staff did in helping our Mom and I with these health issues. This facility is kept clean and the staff shows extreme care to their patients. The staff continually shows a positive attitude. We are so glad we found 'The Pointe'. Keep up the great work! Thank you also to Stephanie for all of your hard work.

My mother received wonderful care here. The place was clean and well staffed. Very caring people, lots of activities for the residents. Would highly recommend.

This place is HORRIBLE! They DON’T answer the PHONE, They DON’T answer the NURSE LIGHT, I been there on many different occasions and EVERY single employee is rude, they don’t speak they feed the residents SLOP, they DONT care about the residents. The nurses that’s a whole different story, I believe they got there nursing degree off google!
