Domino's Pizza

Props to the young adults who work here. It's freezing, there's ice on the roads but these guys are still trying to make sure their community gets the food they want! They keep losing power but they are nice and just trying their best to work through everything! Good job guys. Y'all are appreciated!

Put an order in at 5:05 PM having as estimated time of 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery. Currently the next day and never received my pizza, tried to call the store, was on hold for a little over an hour no one picked up, drove to the store. Completely empty no workers inside lights still on with open sign still on, trash on floors and counter. Already contacted costumer support haven't heard anything back.

Awesome food, awesome all the time. The best Domino's Pizza staff on the planet!

First - let me say that overall, we eat Domino’s often and usually had a good experience. However, we had the WORST experience a few days ago.nOrdered delivery via the website, defaulted to this location based on our address. Order arrives, we open the door to say thank you and wave. The driver is standing at our front door (within 6 ft) and says, per his manager, they won’t deliver to us anymore because we are out of their delivery range. My husband responds, trying to explain we didn’t pick their location (we don’t care!), but it’s what the website selected. The driver interrupts my husband again saying they’re won’t deliver to us again. He was extremely rude.nAfter he leaves, my husband wanted to immediately call management, etc. but we talked and it was raining hard that day, we know COVID is making things busy/miserable, so we decided to let it go. We sit down to eat, get a call, let it go to voicemail, it’s the manager of this location. He says the driver told him that my husband “cursed” the driver out and told him to get off our property. Manager threatens to have us banned, among other angry comments.nI immediately called back, explained the driver was lying, didn’t happen, etc. We offered more than once to pull our video doorbell footage of the incident and send it to the manager to prove the driver was lying. Manager said that wasn’t necessary, but never apologized or said they would take any action with the driver. Only said he would email corporate to ask our address be fixed (regarding the delivery range issue).nI am not one to post reviews about small issues - but this was by far the worst experience we’ve had with any company.

The manager told me I was going to be given a credit. Called to place an order and they didn’t have the credit on the account. When I asked to speak to a general manager he said he couldn’t do anything about it even though one of his managers said she would give a credit for messing up my order. General manager is rude, unprofessional and lacks the ethical capacity to fulfill a customer’s order. He talked to me in a degrading tone and refused to correct my order.
