I was a loyal shopper and will never shop at Specs again. The employee asked me to wear a mask but the man in front of me was not wearing a mask. The manager said it was because he needed to talk. This is discrimination against women. I said that this would be the last time that I would shop there. He said that it was okay. I give this useless place an F for customer service.

Love Spec's Wine, Spirits, Fine Foods stores. This is a nice large store with great selection and prices. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program with your phone number. It gives you special promotions and pricing for better savings. Store is always clean and safe and the staff is fabulous. Very friendly, helpful, respectful and courteous always. Always well stocked with the best selection of all wine and spirits. Also very conveniently located with easy access to get in and out quickly.

I can't actually say I don't love the place. I do like the place for a convenience store type wine stop. Yes they have a lot of beer wine and liquor section...BUT, The staff here are not near as friendly and helpful as they are at Total Wine ud83cudf77

I dont recommend buying your specialty beer from here. This is the 2nd time that I have purchased beer from this location and have been charged more than what is advertised. Instead of honoring the price advertised, the manager blames the cause of the merchandising mistake on the vendors...I thought I was purchasing through Specs. I didnt make a big deal the first time I was charged more than advertised and simply suggested they fix their pricing so that noone else experiences this inconvenience. Obviously, they have made no changes and will continue to falsely advertise their pricing. Surprisingly, I do not experience this at other Specs. BEWARE!
