This place is Terrible. I will never go back in any repairs or alterations in this place again.nThey did a small repair for my dress and they said ready in 3 days. But, no it takes them a week to finish a small repair and did a horrible job. And they also lost my mask that matches the dress. Very unprofessional.

I have been a customer of Bay Oaks Cleaners since they have been in business. They are the best cleaners you will find in this area. They offer excellent same day service and the clothes come back very clean and fresh smelling. Their customer service is excellent, often calling their customers by name and having their phone numbers memorized when calling up the tickets. I recently had a clothes emergency and they went above and beyond to help me out. There aren’t many business owners who would do that for their customers. I highly recommend using Bay Oaks Cleaners for your clothes cleaning needs.

There is a specific lady who is always a cheerful greeter to me upon arrival. However, whoever handles the clothes in the back, lost my favorite pair of jeans! I feel like it was stolen there or misplaced there. Ive of course, looked in my tiny apartment and tiny car& I dont have them. They've given me the run around each time they tell me to come back. Its been two months now and I give up.

Terrible service. They not only gave us somebody else’s shirt and pants in between our clothes (probably because all they do is count the pieces and they lost some of ours) but they ruined a completely new shirt. Yes, the shirt in the picture was new and bright blue before I brought it in and now it’s faded, stained and missing ALL 6 ORNAMENTS that go along the neckline! Clearly stolen since there was no sign of tear, but of course they did not take responsibility for it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND they’re thieves.
