My dog had been ill and left many deposits on my upstairs carpeting. My bedroom is downstairs so when I discovered the mess it had dried.nLinda got me all set up and scheduled, James arrived, surveyed the situation and went to work. In less than two hours my carpet looks brand new. Totally clean!!nnThe whole experience could not have been better. Will definitely call again. Do not hesitate to call and use their service.

From the phone call and talking with Linda (happy birthday Linda!) who is the most personable and professional woman, to James who came out to give the estimate and clean my sofa, I can’t think of one bad thing to say about this company. Very professional and quick, I was genuinely impressed and already recommended to everyone I know who needs their services. They definitely have a customer for life.

I found these guys via a Charity ball they donated to. I did not win the certificate, but their generous nature and feedback from the client that won the GC won me over. They had my business!nnI know they do large commercial jobs to even smaller jobs. I have a new baby coming to the house in a few weeks, and I wanted my floors cleaned professionally.nnWe hired them to come do our tile. They showed up on time (early actually) to set up their equipment. We're so friendly, kind and personable I felt like I was having a friend do my floors! Normally if I have folks come do a job they are in and out with no words! So friendly!nnI was kind of embarrassed about how bad my floors were but he was so kind and took my worries away.nnThey have a process down to the T! No harsh chemical smell (a little bit of a chemical smell) but nothing that knocked me out.nnMy house looked so fresh after the cleaning! Smelled fresh too!nnI would 100% recommend them for your business or home.nnThe owner James even worked with our busy schedule to come out and service us!nTop notch!

From the first phone call with Linda, to the cleaning service done by Eric, to the post-service satisfaction call, this was by far the friendliest and most effective carpet cleaning I have ever experienced. Our white carpets had stains from years of abuse and were brought back to beautiful condition, including the removal of a black ink stain and an area where our toddler had dumped lotion all over the floor.nWe had 5 offers placed on our house within a couple days of showings right after the Chem-dry service was completed.nYou NEED to call these people before you spend time and money trying to do this yourself or contracting a less effective steaming service.nThey are extremely kind, quick, and their product only takes a couple hours to dry. There are so many wins here I can't fit them into a single review.
