Unfortunately you have to pick at least one star to leave a review! My wife brought our comforter to this washateria and dropped it off for them to simply wash and dry since it's on the way to our sons school in the morning. When my wife went to pick it up that afternoon they immediately started apologizing and saying no charge, no charge due to 2 brown spotted stains. So my wife being the non confrontational type takes her refund and goes to another place. To catch up you up to speed we were taking it for our weekly wash and there was absolutely nothing on the comforter. So I ride with my wife to pick the comforter up from the second washateria and they told us they were sorry but couldn't get the 2 stains out of it. So we drive back to this washateria and I go in with the comforter and show the lady (owner) the stains and that I needed to be compensated for a new comforter. We go back and forth on the stains already being there and them not being there for a few mins until she says I remember my husband saying there were stains already were not paying for the comforter. So I bring up the fact if they were already there why would you apologize and refund the money? Why would they not point them out before washing it? She calls here husband and basically starts repeating everything she said all over again so I stuff the comforter back into the bag and tell them what terrible business owners they are and left. They know they caused the stain and were unwilling to take ownership. This was a very expensive comforter which she acknowledged as well so if you value your clothes, comforter, etc dont do business with them!
