I’ve been going here for 10+ years and they have never failed me!! I’ve taken in things from drill team uniforms->blankets. I even had them clean my wedding dress and veil AND had them preserve it for me...it came out amazing and in a beautiful looking box!! Jaquita is so friendly and remembers me every time I go in.
Took a pair of boots to have the rubber sole replaced. Told 1 week. Went back in 2-not touches. The clerk said she’d put them on his desk so he’d see them. Went back 2 weeks later-still not touched. Come back in an hour, they’ll be ready-they weren’t. FINALLY 3 days later they were ready. I don’t know when as we were never called to say they were ready. The clerk was apologetic but not enough to to offer a discount. And they were not cheap. And it doesn’t seemnLike a lot of work to glue on a sole. NEVER AGAIN!!!
You cannot improve on perfect
Outstanding service. Only downside for me is that alterations require going to another store to get measured. However, on the plus side, the items can then be specified to be picked up at this location (50 Post) which is near me. Also really love the incentive to bring back hangers (hanger credit).
Convenient location. Everyone is always so nice and my dry cleaning is so quick. I've had comforters, sweaters, skirts, and jumpsuits cleaned and have zero complaints. I even had a pair of heels fixed.
