I can not recommend this company enough! My grandfather's pipes burst over the snow storm. He is 93 years old and has been without water like many people in our community. After other companies put us on weeks long waiting list which I completely understand is due to the situation we are all in we decided to try Overall Plumbing. We contacted them to come out and inspect and fix the pipes. My grandfather has dialysis 3 days a week and had a very limited time and day he would be home to meet them. Although, they were extremely busy they made time to adjust their schedule to come out on the day of the week that best worked for him. This caused them I am sure to have a very long day they. They were kind, respectful, and made my grandfather feel at ease. I want to thank them for their hard work and service to our community. If you are considering who to use for your household needs look no further. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Overall Plumbing for a job well done.

These guys/gals are AWESOME! They're professional, punctual, respectful, knowledgeable, take pride in their work, provide exceptional customer service, and charge a fair price. I had to wait a little over a week for them to come out because they're currently overwhelmed with service calls due to the impact the recent winter storm had on our area, but they were well worth the wait. They've earned a forever customer here.

After the winter storm, The Plumber responded much faster than any other companies did. They got my water running very quickly, in such a time of need. The gentleman that came out was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Thank you, Chris, for helping our community.

This was a great experience. My wife and I were waiting at home for a different company to come by my next door neighbor's house. Chris done the work on my neighbor's house. Once he was done I asked if he could look at my issue. I told him it would be a simple repair, because I seen where the leak was, and had already removed the sheet rock. He came over and gave me a price, and done the repair. When the repair was complete, he turned the water back on and we still heard a leak. He stayed more than three hours climbing in and out of the attic, and doing repairs. He said he would not leave until we had water to the house. He got water to the house except for the kitchen sink, which they are scheduled to come back and repair next week. I offered to give him extra for the extra time, but he would not except it. He said he gave me a quote. Thank you so much for the work and making a bad experience much more pleasant. The company that I called still has not called me back. If I could I would give the overall plumber 7 stars. I would highly recommend this company.

Of course, The Plumber is professional, punctual, respectful, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work, provides exceptional customer service, and charges a fair price. But, did you ever hear of a plumber who is kind, thoughtful and generous? Well, The Plumber is. He should change his name to The Kind Plumber. So nice. Thanks, Chris.
