Tiffany did an amazing job helping me from the beginning of our wedding planning process up until the end & even after we returned. We planned our wedding at Sandals Regency La Toc in St. Lucia in less than 4 months & I couldn't have done it without her. She helped all of my guests with their questions & booking their trips so that way I didn't have to be bombarded with all of the extra things. She took a ton of stress off my plate & checked up on me often. She even listened to me vent quite a few times & calmed me down! She had a ton of resources that were really helpful & she did everything she could to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. We had a few issues with flights before we left because the airline carrier changed our connection to the next day. She helped me contact the airlines to get all of this straightened out when I was literally in full-blown panic mode! There were some upgrades & perks I was supposed to get from Sandals for having a certain amount of nights booked with them, a certain amount of guests & the wedding there but I was hitting some road blocks on getting them to do some things for me. Tiffany came through & was able to get the $500 upgrade perk applied to my balance & still ended up getting me a room upgrade too. It is hard to get through to Sandals reps & the right people so she took care of all of this behind the scenes for me so I didn't have to. Tiffany was so sweet & send me a package before we left for the wedding that had such cute, thoughtful gifts, I loved my beach bag so much! I would definitely use Tiffany again, she made my wedding planning very smooth & stress-free on so many levels! Destination weddings & having Tiffany as your travel agent is definitely the way to go if you want to save tons of time, money & stress! Thank you Tiffany for all that you did for me & Aaron, we greatly appreciate it! You are a lifesaver!
