Called ahead to set appointment for 2 people. Upon arrival, front no desk worker couldn't communicate and called someone on phone, no massueses now available and that someone should have called us to change (we booked 30 min prior at their stated availability) and told can wait and then go individually. No, not why we made appointment. Then told can return hours later or another day. No thanks. Will return to usual spot who respects appointments. Too bad because this is closer. Unprofessional first impression
