Travis and his squad was resourceful, proficient and courteous. They replaced our pipes from the meter on the street to the faucet at the front of our condo. Austex Plumbing to the rescue! Travis went above and beyond making sure that everything in the house was functioning well. I give them extra points for dealing with a toilet that isn’t easily accessible. I really appreciated there help! Strongly endorsed!
Austex Plumbing lived up to their 5-star recommendations and ratings! I'm glad I turned to him to fix my toilet's leaking wax seal. Their communication in response to my request for a quote was amazing. The scheduling was easy, arrived perfectly on time, worked quickly, dealt with an unusual plumbing situation left by the toilet's installers, and quickly unclogged the adjacent sink drain for free. Would 100% recommend!!

I had a leak in my ceiling and requested for a plumber to come out. They stated I could pay 149 dollars to become a member and then they would come out the same day. I went ahead and paid and they scheduled me between 10-1. However, nobody showed up. I called the company numerous times and kept getting a different person. They stated someone would call back, but nobody ever called. I believe the other one star rating as this is a scam or they are just a horrible company. STAY AWAY
The technician was on time for the appointment, answered all my questions, was very informative and knowledgeable. As far as fees, I shopped around to purchase my own water heater at Home Depot the prices were reasonable but the installation fees from other contractors were over priced. I called Austex Plumbing and as soon as David said their fees, you can't beat their prices for the water heater and installation. I highly recommend Austex Plumbing company, I will be using them in the near future.
