Wishing to give a 0 star rating. Even if you call and send the goodrx coupons for them to process the medications with it they don't do anything. Make you go pickup and then have to re bill everything. Really frustrating. Waited more than 1 hour for 5 cars to to by in the drive through. One single window. Slow and really inept people working here. 30 minutes waiting for my prescriptions (after waiting in line) that were ready 3 hours before that.nAlso, rude manager told me to go to Walmart or another pharmacy instead. I suggest you all don't go to this CVS, if possible switch to HEB pharmacy

I will give it 0 Star ! The manager is rude, just leave me wait there, then just say he can do noing for the broken system. Today is a storm day, wept me and get worst services!

The pharmacy here is the worst pharmacy I have experienced in life. Called in 9am they said it will be ready in an hour, called again at 2pm to confirm, they said again in an hour. I came to the store at 520pm. Asked me to wait another 20mins and it is preparing. Now is 610pm, they told me they dont have the medications and have to order them will be ready tomorrow!!! Whadheck!

I Got wonderful service at the CVS at Fulshear - Gaston Road, Richmond, Texas. I needed some temporary dental glue. I am using a walker to get around. I called this store and they looked for me and brought it to me to select. Then I was a able to pay at the drive thru window. This was so nice Customer Service.nnThank you for your help.
