Wrong topping was given- Called to let them know and they said they will put it in my account and will take care during my next order. Nothing was noted and I had to pay the full price- Very very unprofessional and upsetting
I had an issue with another store, and had to call this store to try to get a resolution. Lee, who answered the phone, went out of his way to assist me even though my order wasn’t even at his store. He resolved my issue and was so kind. Customer service FIVE STARS. Thank you!!!
Ordered a large pizza for carry-out at the location on Katy Gaston road. Was told will be done in 10 mins. Reached shop after about 30 mins and paid. Told soon after that they can’t find the pizza so will make again. Another 15 mins wait. When returned to pick up repeat order, did not make pizza YET AGAIN. Ended up getting a refund but wasted an hour in all this and unnecessary anxiety. I had purchased pizzas from this outlet many times before but did not have such a ridiculous experience.
I love dominos! Unfortunately they can’t deliver when i live 2.3 miles away from their store! Papa Johns is 1.6 miles and deliver to my house so they will get my business.
I could have rated you guys 5 stars. The reason is there have been several times I seen your drivers driving carelessly, tailgating, changing lane without signal, exceeding speed limit. I acknowledge that you guys want to deliver pizzas fast but please at least drive carefully.
