The staff on site is very professional and courteous. She always calls me by name when I come in and makes me feel my customer experience is personalized. The service at this location has improved tremendously since the new staff person has been in place. My clothing appears to be handled with greater attention, care and quality!

Called to ask if they had next day service, their website states they do but with Corona I wanted to make sure.nThe woman who answered the phone was extremely rude when I asked a question. Her tone slowly increased in volume until she was actually screaming!!!, So unprofessional!! I told her not to scream and hung up. Will use other business.

A DISAPPOINTED US MARINE VETERAN ! I trusted Comet to take care of my Marine Corps Dress Blues for a Ball I had for Veterans Day in San Marcos .nThe day of the event , when I went to pick up my uniform , after the fact they have lost my Belt ... they couldn’t find it anywhere! I had to drive all the way in town to find the last belt from an army surplus store,,.. not only I had to spend money to replace it , tolls to get there , etc .. but because of that , Myself and spouse were late to the Ball, missed our dinner ! I gave them the benefit of the doubt to try to rectify in somenWay their mistake . It’s been close to 2 weeks , have not heard from them! They clearly don’t care about customer service or their clients !! Neither compensate me for my time wasted , my event ruined or the extra money I had to spend !!nnA Marine’s Dress Blues is his most priced possession and this incident won’t go unnoticed !

They are over priced compared to my regular cleaners, i took 11 items there for press only and my bill was $93 REALLY!!!!!! I will not be returning
