Arrived promptly . Checked clothes washer for source of the-reported leak when new washer was started last week. Found large cracks in 3 -4 inch drainage pipe at its trap . (Forgot the name ). Found needed part at HomeDepot cm and quickly repaired.nExplained the cause . Friendly .

Great service on a late Friday afternoon. The plumbers were nice. Patient with my questions and gave understandable answers. My family has used Riddell for years.
The company came over today (scheduled appt made on Tuesday). Sent to people, they were very nice and polite. And they finish the job in about 45 minutes. One of my pipes were clogged, therefore they remove the sink pipe and cleaned it out and then put it back. No parts or extra materials were used from their end. The service was great however my main gripe is there over price. 250$ for less than an hour!!! They may be nice and efficient, but definitely not worth the price. I will look elsewhere. The only reason I went with this company is because the HOA manager recommended them.
