One of the most prominent websites, we have already book ticket last year but due to COVID we couldn’t travel , but they have really helped us throughout the process of modification and they were actually available 24x7 in the time of pandemic really appreciated
Very Unprofessional Company to deal with. Pls don't book tickets with this Alanita to save few dollars as they would trouble later with overcharging with rescheduling and cancellations. I would recommend to book directly with airlines.
Worst experience with travel agents and providing all false claims while canceling or ticket booking during the COVID. Better to book directly with airlines.
Booked ticket with them, they promised to issued a refund of $35 against my booking but its been more 4 months now, I am still awaiting my refund check. Zero customer service. Wow. Still people are falling in the trap.. better check the best deal on flyscanner or other website as they offer immediate discount.
worst reschedule policy and customer services and they always put you on hold for everything. do not ever book from them because they do scam and does not issue refunds
