Hello - I recently booked tickets to India thru Bindu travels and I must say that they went above and beyond to ensure our trip was very comfortable and peaceful.nnBased on my experience, I would definitely use Bindu travels as my agency for my future trips

I got ticket from flyBindu for my unplanned travel. I tried to get tickets from different sources(online, different agencies). Then, one of my friend gave reference of flyBindu . The customer service was nice and rate provided by them was economical too.nnThanks to flyBindu for giving me nice travel experience.

I took a emirates ticket for 1800 dollars to travel from dfw to hyd and back(flying dates- 12/25/2014-01/11/2015). Same ticket was sold for 1140 dollars by other travel agent in UK.nI don't say they cheated me but I say that they are incapable of giving me the best deal.nnI called them and explained it, they asked for the new itenerary which I sent it and they said they will call me back. I kept waiting for the call but they didnt.nnOverall rating - Poor customer care.
