I gave them 3 stars because my dad is there and they put him in a room and didnt check to see if the remote to the tv worked he was there for 8 to 12 hrs before he told me he couldn't get the tv to work I called they said they would fix it about an hr layer still not fixed my wife called and got them to go fix it she was very stern with them they also wont allow anyone into the building to see their family I understand we have a pandemic bit of the patient is free from the virus then they should be figuring out a way for family to visit them they already cant go no where and look forward to seeing their loved ones so a visitation plan should be implemented
