Randy has been our regular, requested Tech for several years. He is such a professional and we feel very comfortable knowing that our systems have been checked and maintained by him. He is taking a new position within the company and will not be doing service calls. We wish him all the best in his new job and know that he will do nothing but continue to add professionalism to descriptions about Tempo.

Great job by Leroy E. Arrived when expected, quick to perform the requested work. I have used Tempo for over 18 years and have never had an issue. Love this team.

Jose arrived as scheduled and efficiently went about conducting the Spring maintenance check. Since this is a new home he had not done a maintenance check on our 3 units before but without bothering us went about accomplishing his task giving us some recommendations as to things we might want to consider adding to the system.

I was looking for a Plumber in Dallas - Fort Worth during the Texas Snowpocalypse when I found Tempo Air. My Grandma's house had pipes burst during the storm and her place ended up flooding. Tempo quickly went to her house during the middle of the icy storm and resolved all the plumbing and water issues she had. Eric is the Plumber who serviced her house and he did a great job. Everything is now working as it should.nnWe will be life long Tempo customers because they perform A+ quality of work and we know when we need them they will be there.nnThank you Tempo Air & Thank you Eric!

I must tell you I have problems with how some companies use reviews. My evaluation is about how I experienced Ms. George’s work as a professional but not an evaluation of Tempo overall or Tempo’s equipment, plumbers, installers, etc. That evaluation will come in time after experiencing the product(s) .nMy evaluation of Ms. George is outstanding as an Inside Sales Rep working via email. Her words (on paper) were responsive, informative, friendly, and most importantly there was not a hint of frustration or agitation? Her writing was always clear and precise yet simple and easy to understand. I understand interacting with the public day after day can cause some (if not most) to become jaded over time. “Jaded” did not show up in Ms. George’s written words. I do not know how Ms. George would respond in-person or on the telephone, but as an Inside Sales Representative communicating via email, she is the best thing since sliced bread!!!
