Used First American Home Warranty due to a bathtub leak soaking my carpet. Plumbers arrived with boots on, walked across my carpet. Spent about 10 minutes and told me I lacked calking. I asked them to stay while I refilled the tub. They just drove away. I had the calking fixed, carpet soaked again. On my own, I found 2 screws mounting the overflow valve and tightened them. Fixed the problem. Took me 10 minutes, right in front of me. First American refunded my money when they discovered just how bad these guys are. Run, don't let them in your house.

garbage disposal stopped working and The Pipe Doctor came out and took care of it and was quickly replacing garbage disposal. The best part was that the plumber took the time to educate me on how my Garbage Disposal plumbing works. I learned a lot and feel like I now have an understanding of how it all works. The Pipe Doctor were professional and took all the necessary precautions during sewer pipes. The Pipe Doctor were called out for sewer pipes issue and showed up promptly. The technician was punctual and gave a the courtesy call ahead that I needed. He came by knew what he was talking about and got it handled. These guys are the best, never going anywhere with such a great company here locally!!ud83dudc4c

First of all, i did not pick them. My home warranty company chose them and it has been an ordeal from the beginning. They have horrible customer service, also had to transfer to a different company to finalize the job. Do Not Use This Company, also if you try to speak with management they just have you speak to the people you previously have conversed with.
