I have had water softeners with Culligan since 1997 and i have enjoyed the service of Culligan the entire time.nThe maintenance agreement on my softener is collected monthly but it ensures the softener repairs if needed, is not a cost the homeowner needs to worry about. Culligan will make sure your unit is operating properly, no matter what the cost maybe to the company. Last year it malfunctioned and the level of service to repair it was exceptional.

Culligan of Dallas made my water delivery super easy. I don’t live in Dallas and wanted to arrange home delivery for my parents and Chad made it a breeze! Chad was very efficient in answering all my questions, getting me all the information and made the installation right away. I contacted other water delivery services in Dallas and no one would deliver before Christmas, but Chad went out of his way to get the water to my parents in time. My parents said Chad was professional, very friendly, informative and was done in about 15 minutes! No regrets with Culligan!

I highly recommend requesting Miguel Garcia to service your Culligan unit. After noticing an issue with our water softener, I placed a service call and Miguel was the tech that was sent to our house. Miguel quickly identified the problem and got to work fixing it. He had the exceptional customer service - we will be requesting him for any future issues. What a wonderful experience! THANK YOU Miguel and Culligan for keeping our water soft and safe to drink.

We had a Hans Premium Water filtration system installed by the Culligan Dallas crew recently and I thought the least I could do would be to leave a review. Reviews are something I rarely get around to to leaving but with the amount of outstanding customer service they have provided during the purchase, the install and warranty service I want it to be recognized. Even though I rarely leave reviews, I certain review them before I decide to go with one company over another. So honestly, I highly recommend the Culligan of Dallas office. The office staff who answer the phones are very friendly but the technicians they have sent to our home for service have been OUTSTANDING! Ernest and Miguel have both been out to service our system and have even come out to help me find a water leak that turned out to not have anything to do with their installation. Both are so friendly and very professional, I highly recommend them for any service or purchase you are looking for.

I work for Central American Trade in Carrollton. We have used Culligan for over 5 years. Mitch is our water delivery guy. Mitch is amazing! He always has a smile on his face and is always so cheerful and happy! He goes over and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Seeing him for sure brightens your day with his amazing cheerful and positive attitude. If for any reason we run out of water before its our time for delivery Mitch will make sure to deliver us water the fastest he can. We will continue to use Culligan and recommend them to our friends and customers. We hope to see Mitch for many more years to come!
