Talk about professionalism and work ethic. I am taken aback by how well mannered and caring every single individual is at this location. From Ms. Abby (the receptionist) to Ms. Alex (the manager) to all the staff. All ya'all rock! We all remember when the whole of Texas froze over in Feb '21. Ms. Alex not only showed up to work, but, also made sure that her patients were taken care of by calling every one and treating anyone who was brave enough to venture the weather to come for therapy.nWho does that?!nI can go on and on for hours, but, I shall say this, if the upper management is reading this review, every single employee of this location is an asset, and should be rewarded accordingly with accolades and accommodations.nThank you Green Oaks for having gems like Ms. Alex and her colleagues, that take the pain out of physical therapy.nGod bless you all!

After a spine surgery and lost most use of my right leg.n6 weeks in a rehab facility and another 6 weeks in home pt care,, was not much difference.nAbout 8 weeks coming here , Green Oaks PT facility in Irving on N MacArthur BlvdnMajor difference and on my way now to full recovery..nRosey and Gabby greet you with friendly smiles,,take care of the insurance coverage,,and schedule your appointments.nAlex,,and the team that work with her are fantastic..nInitial assessment and determine what is needed and a plan to follow for taking care of each individual needs. Impressive they all work together as a great team effort..facility, tables, equipment and exercise equipment is constantly cleaned after each use,,your needs and any concerns are taken care of professionally and in a timely manner..nYour safety and privacy are held to extremely high standards..nAfter several prior surgery and physical therapy at different facilities..nMy personal opinion..nGreen Oaks PT facility in Irving is the best I've ever been to..nGreat job everyone ud83dudc4f ud83dudc4d

Alex is amazing at taking care of patient and pain. With few visits I have regained mobility in my neck. My pain has reduced regained mobility. I have been offered best schedule that works for me quiet flexible with schedules. Such amazing place to be treated. She does answers all the concerns all other staff are amazing friendly.nnThis place is well sanitized and everytime heating pad or cooling pad is used goes to washer. All benches were sanitized after use and someone left the facility and also covered by most of insurance and affordable care no surprise bills. Also I noticed they get you translated if you speak Spanish.nnI do like music that plays in background while I am doing all my stretching.nnI agree with others I felt like home while being treated.

For the past several months I have been a patient at Green Oaks Physical Therapy North Irving location. The experience has been good in spite of my need for PT. My therapists Laura, Emily and Emily 2.0 are professional, competent and skilled at performing their duties while showing authentic compassion and caring for my physical recovery and overall health. The cheerful greetings from the front office managers, Rosie and Vicki, are a pleasant start to my early morning appointments. I would definitely recommend this location and these ladies for a great PT experience.
