Pharmacy has the worst customer service. After being told my prescription was out of stock, I called to transfer the prescription and was on hold for so long (close to an hour) that I drove to the store, only to find NO ONE in line, yet I was still on hold. The incompetent staff just doesn’t take phone calls apparently.

Just went here to purchase propane and there is literally one person working. Not only is this extremely unsafe for the employee, it’s highly inconvenient because that one person can’t help people with things such as propane.nnPretty poor management that obviously isn’t aware of how to create a schedule that serves both their employees and customers.

This has got to be the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been too. I can't believe the public has to be subjected to complete and utter incompetence. Rude, break all kinds of HIPPA Laws.

This is THE WORST CVS pharmacy. My first problem was when my vet called in a prescription for my dog's pain medicine and they didn't have the medicine but never called me to let me know or to offer an alternative. As a result my dog went without pain medicine until I could get it delivered to my home. The second problem occurred today - same issue basically. I dropped off a prescription last night and camr to oick up today and was informed it was out of stick. No call or text to let me know. The pharmacist I dropped it off with last night even looked it up in the computer to give me the price and didn't notice it was out of stock. So I arrived to pick it up and they told me they didn't have it. I had to pull around to park and come inside to wait for them to transfer the prescription to another CVS that is totally out of my way. The pharmacy manager never even came to the front cou ter to talk to me. She just stood in the back yelling out at me. And this time they are insisting they called me, which they did not. Terrible experience. Hate this place.
