The people are nice, they seem to want to help. I can only assume that the system is broken and that management is the problem. I have yet to get my medication on time. I was hopeful that they had it together this time when they actually called me on the 24th to schedule - then again on the 25th - and this morning the 29th. They have yet to schedule delivery to my doctor since they have to administer it - they keep calling me instead. I have insurance approval - always have. Something is broken. 2-1/2 weeks late last time (3-1/2 with the ice storm), just recovering form the flare-up that that caused.nnThis medication is over $5,000 per treatment, you would think they would want to ship it - oh wait, what's this? BCBS has a ownership interest in Walgreens AllianceRX? Is that why I'm not getting my medication? Trying to save money? Sounds like a conflict to me. Maybe it's time to contact the Texas State board of Pharmacy and file a complaint.

I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. Do NOT get any prescription of urgent nature from here. My daughter has half of her lung volume and needs the Synagis shot. They are never on time with their deliveries and I have the same conversation with multiple representatives (that assure me that the prescription will be out the door that day—and it never is going out the door). Please, do not use this pharmacy if you have a sick child and care for their health.

Terrible customer service. This company does not prioritize people’s health. Complete lack of urgency and organization.

Horrible communication and delivery performance. Transferred a prescription for me, was quoted a 2-3 week backlog, no big deal. They kept sending me emails warning that it might be cancelled even though I called them and told them to keep it on backorder. 5 weeks later, no prescription or further communication. I called them only to find that the new date was moved out another month. AVOID.
