Outstanding service. Always friendly and willing to go out of their way for the customer's convenience. I needed an ear patch so I could fly without air sickness but I couldn't reach my doctor (within the building) so Leslie offered to track down the doctor and get an order. That's going above and beyond, in my world.

After reading the last review I have to jump in and say something. I have been a patient of Healthcare Associates for many years and have ALWAYS used Boardwalk to fill my prescriptions. Not only is the staff always friendly, they are very knowledgeable and are extremely efficient. I really like this location because it is smaller and there is really never a wait. They have helped me save money on my prescriptions and always have them available for me monthly without me checking in. Although I may forget that it is time for me to fill my prescription, they never do. In fact today, I received a text that two monthly refillable prescriptions were ready for pick up and I had completely forgotten about them. I will continue to use them and I would highly recommend you give them a chance as well.

absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! They forget to refill at the correct date and then they don't send it out on time!!! You have to manage everything ... awful service. Even when you do make sure they are refilling it on time they don't mail it on time.

Over the last few months they've gotten really good at ignoring people who are there to drop off prescriptions weather they're busy or not. Did'nt use to be that way. They need to either replace the front counter guy or retrain him.
