I had a serious question about a medication I am taking and a reaction I was having to it. They are allegedly open 24 hours, but at midnight I waited on hold for 30 min before finally just hanging up. Since I can't afford a visit to the ER, I guess I'll just wait and see if it goes away and if I die, I die.

The store manager was extremely rude. I felt bad for the employee who he didn't let speak. Wouldn't get off his seat to come see what I was showing the cashier, so I had to shout my explanation across the room. All his head is good for is shaking in disagreement. Couldn't even say a word nor bother giving a listen to what I had to say.

Horrible service. I waited on phone Queue for over half an hour and no live person. Most irresponsible CVS! I am amazed.

This place is always incredibly understaffed. Every time I call in I hold for over 30 minutes and every time I come in it takes them around 2 hours to fill my prescriptions. Walgreens gained a new customer today.

It took at least 3 hrs to get my medicines. Went there 3 times, they could not find my prescription then we came to know that they were looking into wrong system. My doctor and I were caused a lot of inconvenience
